crucial package for Lantiq-ADSL-routers missing

The package ltq-adsl-app is missing for lantiq-based ADSL routers.
It’s in the source and in some routers default package list.
The LEDE Image Builder can’t download this package, because it is not built.
I don’t know how it is possible to build images for these devices and host them online on your servers if there is a crucial package missing.
I never tried the ready-to-use images, but i suspect them to be useless.
The package is not available at:
https://lede-project.org/packages/start
https://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/targets/lantiq/xway/packages/
https://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/packages/mips_24kc/packages/
Device: Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H (Annex A)
LEDE version: snapshot, image builder, only default packages for device
Steps to reproduce:
https://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/targets/lantiq/xway/
-
extract the archive and cd into the newly created directory
-
run “make image PROFILE=WBMRA” - wait
-
the image cannot be built, because the package ltq-adsl-app can’t be downloaded/installed
